We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to discuss the nature of the work you require, provide you with a quote / invoice and attend appointments.

We may share this information with Starling Bank in order to generate your quote / invoice.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on Google Drive and Starling Bank.

We keep initial contact information (name, email, phone number) on Google Drive for one year. We keep quote / invoice information (name, email, phone number, address) on Starling Bank for three years. We will then dispose of your information by permanently deleting the information.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:
